Please ask at the Library Services Desk if you have misplaced an item. This desk functions as the central collection point for lost valuables, such as wallets, cell phones, keys, and electronics.

TCU ID cards and USB flash drives left around the lab computers are also commonly misplaced items.

In an effort to get these items returned as soon as possible, library staff take lost ID cards to the TCU ID Card Center, at the Brown Lupton University Union ( BLUU, Room 204) frequently. If you can’t find your card in the library lost and found, please call the ID Card Center at 817-257-7856.

USB flash drives found in library computers are turned in to the Library Services Desk. You may want to consider labeling these items so that you’ll be able to identify yours out of the many that are lost.

Clothing, papers, sunglasses, books and other miscellaneous items are picked up on a regular basis, usually every other week, by TCU Police who maintain a central lost and found for the entire TCU community. Contact them at the non-emergency number, 817-257-7930 to ask about items lost around campus.

If you’ve lost a laptop computer or other expensive electronic device, call TCU police at 817-257-7777 to file a possible theft report.
