The Congressional serial set is a non-circulating GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT which is located in the Document Stacks (Workroom) or at the Library Annex. These documents require special retrieval procedures.

- The Congressional serial set is also available online via the database ProQuest U.S. Congressional Serial Set which can be found by choosing databases in our catalog, then selecting the letter P and it is listed under ProQuest U.S. Congressional Serial Set. This database is available to all users. Those NOT affiliated with TCU may only use this database on one of the public computers located in the library.
