Current TCU students, faculty and staff may check out non-reference books for 1 to 4 months, depending on borrower status; video recordings for 1 week, sound recordings for 2 weeks and music scores for a month. Two renewals can be obtained unless a hold has been placed on the item. Special arrangements may be made with M/ML staff if more than 10 video or sound recordings are required for a class. Non-TCU visitors may use M/ML materials on premises but may not check out sound recordings, videos or music scores.
