Currently the best way to find popular films supplementing foreign language study is to search the TCU Library’s “Media Library” DVD/VHS video collection using the TCU Library catalog.

 

  • To find available films in any language click this search link. To find all foreign language films, select “Call Number” from the Index drop-down box and “Video (any format);” type PN1995.9 F67 into the search box. Sort results by Title/Year (descending) to put the film list in alphabetical order by title.

  • To find films in a specific language do a Words anywhere (keyword) search for original film soundtrack <language> with “Video (any format)” selected. Sort results by Title/Year (descending) to put the film list in alphabetical order by title. For example:

 

Note that your chosen film title may be checked out; click "More Information" in the catalog record to determine this and, if it's checked out, to request that item.
