Q. How do I request permission to have a table or tabling event in the Library?

Table events in the library are for university departments focused on student programming and require a university staff member to make the reservation and be in attendance.

The Library makes one location available for table events on the Steps of Knowledge behind the purple line; this location has been established so as not to interfere with entering and exiting the building and provide high visibility to the event.

You will check out one table and two chairs from the Library, and return them at the end of the day. There is no associated storage for belongings for multi-day reservations, so make arrangements to take your belongings with you at the end of each day.
