If you are a faculty member and have a research colleague visiting campus, then the visitor can get library privileges. These persons are referred to as TCU associates.

To sponsor library privileges for an associate, you will need to first contact TCU Human Resources to request a TCU ID number.  Next, a TCU ID card will need to be made at the TCU ID Center in the Brown Lupton University Union.  You may then request library privileges by filling out the TCU Sponsored Borrowing Privileges Application. The application must be signed by the sponsoring faculty member.

Bring the signed application with the new TCU ID card to the circulation desk.  Then the associate may checkout up to 50 books for 90 days and will also have access to library online journals and databases. TCU Associates will not have access to interlibrary loan services. For computer access, please contact Information Technology.
