To request a book in the Library Annex, follow these steps:

1. Click on the “Detailed Holdings / Retrieval Requests” link visible in the screen shot above.  You will go to a screen displaying that book (or all the volumes if it's a multivolume work), with a “Request” link for each volume:

2. Click on the Request link.

3. Log on in the next screen with your regular TCU network username and password. You will get a screen with information on when the item can be expected to arrive at the main library Circulation desk for you to check out.

4. Click the “Request” button on that screen to complete the request.

If you need to request an entire volume or entire issue of a journal stored at the Annex, you can use the same Request link in the catalog. However, it is not necessary to use the catalog to request individual articles you find when searching databases; these can be scanned and delivered to you via our Interlibrary Loan department.
