The chart below indicates the loan periods for various types of items available for checkout.  Listed for each type of item is:

  • the checkout location
  • who (e.g., what type of user, such as undergraduate) can borrow these items
  • the loan period for these items, and
  • if an item loan can be renewed.

If an item loan can be renewed, the chart also indicates the number of times you may renew the loan. Unless noted, you may renew your items either online or in person at the Library Services Desk or Music/Media Library Desk. Faculty and staff may also renew items by telephone at 817.257.7112.
